Hi there TT.  Doctor has said that they were not sure but put it down to tenderness and muscle strain - overdoing it again.  Helping with the scaffolding and doing too much digging, etc, didn't help at all.

Brilliant idea AT just used stones like I got to put round a pond.  Was thinking of doing just that, although the stones I have are a little smaller.

Evening all.  Much too tired to do anything today.  Raining on and off.  After lots of litter picking yesterday at volunteering for Conservation Day at Sholing Valley Study Centre now have backache (should be resting after stay in hospital).  Didn't realise litter was as heavy as it was until trudging back to centre.  Phew!!

Just been catching up on thread.

Off to bed now as very tired.   Night all.

Evening all, even though I am meant to be resting I collected some seeds from the garden (mallow and scabia) and cut down the red campion as it has finished flowering.  Watched Tatton and GW, loved the ducks in the bath, and the other five were well designed.

GG - before and after pictures of the garden, if possible, please.

Verdun - cake!!

WW - what a shame that some people just can't hold on until others have finished in the garden before starting bonfires.

Pennine Petal - off to GC - get something for me, plantwise.  Really missing out on getting around.  Silly pain.
