Tomsk it should be fine to plant the tulips and daff in a window box the rule normally are 3x there size deep ish, I have planted tulips in pots not that deep and been fine.

My mum got a bag of tulips from lidl the other day when she went out which is great -  I counted them the other day got 66 bulbs not bad that and a trip to lidl today got 5kg daffs of the train station garden for fiver which helps when such a large garden to plant up.

Also got some tulips and crocus in small bags for the garden here too. Lidl so good will count daffs later sometime

Well had a trip to Lidl as daff bulbs not there when checked the other day but no daffs then,  mum managed to pick up a large bag tulips for the station which was great from a different store as have a few near by but nothing else as all gone.

Offer on leaflet - large bag of daffs started this week from Thursday in shop near me, so off to lidl today as well and managed to get a bag or 2 of 5kg Narcissus/ daffs mix and yellow for a fiver a bag.

Great isn't it Stacey lots of daffs thanks for the letting me know on the other thread, the train station will be full of them just a lot of planting to do first all that digging will be knackering need it to rain first if not ground will be like concrete, also got a few hebes plants for the station cheap and then some bulbs - Tulips and Crocus for the garden and a few hebes as well - want some in the garden too.

Well Evening Forkers forgot to say

Hello Gardenmaiden you can have some white campion

Gardenmaiden wrote (see)

Stacy Docherty - I wouldn't mind some seeds of the two poppies you show.

David smith3 - I would also be interested in Rudbeckia and echinacea seeds.

I will have a look through mine as I possibly have Thalictrum, hollyhock (pink or yellow) and digitalis lutea (small cream flowers).

Do you still have seeds of the Thalictrum? I would like some of those if any left please

Can you message me your address
