New allotment OMG...

Posted: 13/10/2014 at 23:24

Bulbs I mainly got are tulips orange and purple/burgundy for pots, some daffs - also got a special bulb parcel containing some good bulbs, It takes a few weeks from order to arrival

http://www.dejager.co.uk/_-Special-Bulb-Parcel-_product/?pid=26576

I used green manure from T&M same as you GWRS and from  http://seeds-plants.mr-fothergills.co.uk/search?w=green%20manure#.VDxPJbd0xjo for separate mixes - it add nutrients to the soil to improve it too,  stops the rain washing out all the goodness

Woo2 you will have to plan your garden - so when you can garden you know what you can do or be nosy on internet looking at bulbs and plants stuff

There is 3 more on the topic of cut flowers by Rachael really like her, then that is it for gw this year -  it said in the gw mag as there is an article that there will be 4 shows of how to grow cut flowers

I am recording them all to remember later on as I want to have a cut flower patch

Linda Talyor2 that sounds brilliant do you have any pictures  - how big is your patch?
