Advice on garden improvements

May be you should make some raised beds in pattern shapes have a look on google some good ideas on there, make sure you add drainage in the bottom stones or something. You could buy some cheap seeds wild flower - good ones in 99p shop -sprinkle on and watch them grow or some plants, fox-gloves are nice and self seed them self well.  Maybe plan out on paper first you could use some thing like a garden hose to mark out shapes in the garden

Try the seed swap forum you could get some cuttings or seeds and some don't mind given them away to help others.

I have brought seeds from Lidl before work fine for me too - only thing is if there is seeds they don't have but I want sometimes easier to look though catalogues at home and order them off bigger companies.

But do like cheap seeds of flowers or veg

Hello hawk and rose

Not nice what went on with your new allotment, pain if you have to pay out money for things like the cold frame and the water butts it would be nice if you manage to get back the one you had and the herbs.

I would like to offer you some cuttings of the herb Rosemary as my plant needs a cut in my garden so I will send you a message.

I am also on seed swap forum but not sure if you would have anything to swap as you only have a new allotment so I am fine to pay postage and just send you some cuttings, we are nice gardeners on here and like to help out where we can

Enjoy growing things in your new allotment
