Hello all

Planning and sorting out my ideas, not sure what sweet peas I will be sowing sometime - have some autumn ones but want to sow more in spring  

Seeds that popping up here are my broad beans today

GW mag this month comes with free seeds of zinnias, there are so many different flowers that are easy to go antirrhinum come in all colours, sweet peas

I am going to try larkspur this year they do look pretty

Victoria Sponge - got a new stand now for the water butt not up there yet as trying to make a cage with pallets to protect from being nicked and will screw the stand down to the wooden stand     Like the way you have been planting bits,  bit of Guerrilla gardening for you

Tootles that is a shame - any sloping banks to take over?

Still needs lots of weeding and few bit to plant, I do a bit of guerrilla gardening on the high up bit of the station done some clearing so far of brambles  

still waiting for the shelters to have glass or plastic on day we may get it

Pallet train has got some more colour with the plants now flowering and bulbs will be coming out later

We now this week have 2 benches at Sholing Station so brilliant we have been wanting more seats for ages

hanging baskets

I am trying to decide what to grow in the hanging baskets from seed

Any ideas for trailing flowers/ foliage?

Stagbeetle good you got some stuff dug, nice you had a picnic up the allotment,  did they all enjoy the plot?  

Think it is good to have a nursery bed where you can grow plants on before they go in to there proper planting area, that is what I will have   

Zoomer44 nice to see other allotmenteer's

Fruitcake is that the clay soil   

Don't know about our council having an association

I have a Abutilon Canary Bird  - yellow one out side in a sheltered corner west facing which seem fine out in the winter been out there now thought last winter and this winter does get part sun not full sun flowers nicely, it is planted in the ground

So I would plant it out as long as it will have shelter and a bit of sun

Biofreak I have them indoors on the window sill in the compact root trainer 20 cells with the green base  link below shows what they are
