Hello all,

Yesterday was a busy day volunteering picking up litter around the park for Sholing valley Study Centre and after lunch went to the station to do some turf laying

As when we were buying turf the other day from Hillier's we noticed turf in the skip obviously left from last delivery and not so good to sell - as we asked we were allowed two rolls as they were for a charity garden rather yellow grass but still good for station - even though one person not so keen on us having it even though they are just getting rid of it

Ginagibbs Like that they do a notice board for tips for the month looks good - does not enlarge so can't read them

Your tool shed looks so neat well organised and dogs look like they are enjoying the shed, looks like you are doing well on the plot keeping it looking full of veg and with some nice flowers

I see you got your bark chipping down

good having a quiet plot so you could get on with what you needed

GWRS looks like you had a good day and a bbq  I planted lots of small (whips) trees where I volunteer last year and more to do next month

Do you have an area for the community? like a plot

Fruitcake thanks for managing to put photos on - that looks a great plot I see you have compost bins and canes even a table

Definitely looks as though it has been kept well, just a bit of clearing for you to do

That is a nice challenge for you to tackle

Alliums OL I have those quite a few bulbs lots of different ones

enjoy picking out your bulbs

sounds as though you will be busy OL did notice your post before that is what made me wonder what everyone will be doing - as volunteering tomorrow I may well be sleeping, that is depending on if I don't wake up early cause it takes me a few days to get used to the clock time change

which tulips bulbs you got?

Anyone else using the extra hour tomorrow or are you sleeping?

I was looking at the clock at 6pm thinking this will be 5 tomorrow and dark

Fruitcake when are you going to see the plot again?

I expect loads of people try start on plots either do things too much at once or get put off and give up even though they want a plot
