Thanks all for saying about your pond or ideas, bog garden sound interesting, just need to feel little weller before starting to sort out again damn cold weather, arm getting a bit better after tetanus jab last week and now cold wind made me feel ill

Chicky - http://www.hardys-plants.co.uk/products.asp?genus=21 from here autumn flowering plant

Dove - while you are here I went to GC the other day, not the same gc as one with the planters but the plants are ornamental cabbage so not cauliflower so maybe they don't turn yellow - may be would try one in a pot in the garden, but still a bit of money for one plant

Hello all

Potty where are you in Hampshire?

The storm had knocked a few plants over and our wheelie bin and damaged our shelter tent in the garden (the dome) ripped a few small holes and one large hole will have to see if it can be repaired

still windy and cold but sunny
