Evening forkers.

Stacey, got seeds and plants.  Amazed today when plants arrived, didn't realise you were sending them.  Can I just check what they are, I think I know but want to check.  Thank you sooo much for sending them.

All planted up in pots awaiting the chance to take them to the station.

Sieved some nice home made compost which isn't too bad.   Bashed up some bricks to help clear a pathway down the garden.  Sowed some seeds and watered garden as no rain here.

Evening forkers.  Went off to Parham House and Gardens today.  Well, day started a bit wet then dried and warmed up with sun later on.

Georgeous gardens filled with colour, bees, butterflies and a large caterpillar spotted as well.

Got to talk to Pippa Greenwood and she remembered me from last year which was nice, and she answered my questions about veg.

Well I did buy some plants - well quite a lot - for the front garden (and the back) and so tempting to buy more but had to stop, if not I'll be the one in pain digging the ground to plant them all.

Will post pics later.

Did see something planted like that on tv before think it was one of the gardens for the yellow book not sure they dug out stepping holes to be able to walk up the slope to plant

Try grasses you can get alsorts and look lovely in the wind and ask at local GC if they have any plants that they would recommend to use to help
