So I have shifted 12 - 20litre buckets down the garden using my skateboard which made it much easier still lots to go

but I do have achy muscles from tree planting yesterday

This is where Fairygirl must be at Millers pond sitting on her toadstool

Gg I have said before that i don't know where you get your energy and drive. I guess 20 trees, if I know you. Now put your feet up for a bit… or maybe a week?

No Woody many, many more than that. They were only small saplings but I managed to plant....................80!!!!!

Energy from Weetabix and so many things on my list to do yet

Evening all

Been out doing the tree planting saplings at Sholing Valley study centre, was a dry day not too bad weather wise today, spitting after a break so done tree planting till lunch - there was lots of hard brick like soil to plant the tree saplings in and it was knackering.

can anyone guess how many I planted?

Also planted out an Acanthus and some Campion in their garden to look at in spring, it had a few bare patches last time we went.

lunch nice, then as the volunteer had brought our tyre planter back as the men at his work could not do it.

Was trying to finish turning the tyre into a planter really difficult one to do lots of muscle and strength needed, was trying to do it on my own for ages bit more turned but hurt myself a bit then help from others and we made it finally after a long time.

So that will be up the station some when and planted up, not trying one with a wheel rim in again too stiff and hard too do

not been that well after a bit of lunch and tyre wrestling rather icky, sick - not nice, resting now watching TV

new plot
