Evening All,  WW what a amazing garden you have a great range of plants so many I really like some I don't know the names of, I do like that wheelbarrow planted up with pansies, thanks for the plant swap - will look forward to finding a place to plant it out.

What a nice village and so many great gardens open - all the gardens with lawn so springy, brilliant day out lots of inspiration for me to have a go at creating in the garden - not got round to going to all of them but did manage 9 out of 15 lots of lovely plants and so had to come home with me - some did jump into the boot of the car.

did not know Chicky was going, oh well might have seen you without knowing that was you

I got to enjoy some of that lovely cake yum yum.

Evening all.  Bit knackered today.  Completed the bug box and painted it, will need to fill it with twigs when in position.  Sorted out frame for raised bed.  Watched GW and liked the geums the tangy orange ones are very pretty.  Also liked the aliums.  Interesting about the aphids - sadly I have that problem on an apple tree.  Bit windy today but sunny and hot later.  Of course that makes it get cold quickly once the sun goes.

Listened to Gardners question time earlier and Carol from Beechgrove Gardens was on the panel, talking about hidden gardens Edinburgh way.

Evening all been trying to build a bug box - got so far but battery on drill run out needed to be plugged in to finish it to charge up.

Also went up station bit more weeding and chopping of nettles and a bit of ivy - garden waste to go in the brown bin, weather not that great was a bit windy and a little wet there were lots of bees buzzing around the flowers so good for the wildlife

Me still got lots of plants to plant yet from my plastic greenhouse to go into the garden and I am sure the slugs will find them
