I read in the Horticultural press, only yesterday, that Morrissons, like Waitrose, are trying to make an entry into the horticultural market. So you can certainly expect more products to be availalbe from them this season.

I believe that Alan Titchmarsh will be fronting the Waitrose campaign.

A bright, but very cold, morning here. -2.2 inside the greenhouse.

Don't think I'll be doing much outside over Easter if the weather continues like this.

At least the weeds and grass are not growing. Still have snow lying over about half of my garden (the parts that are in shade).

How many people use this forum regularly - 100ish? How many use it occasionally - a few hundred?

The number of copies of the magazine sold per month is around a quarter of a million.

On the scale of things, we are a drop in the ocean.

I don't know what proportion of those readers access the magazine itself via the web. I would guess that most people read the printed edition.

The web ought to be important as a growth path for the future. Perhaps the forum will become more important as more people begin the read the magazine on-line.
