I,ve just picked mine and left on a rack in the greenhouse.there is still some warmth there,Will bring them inside in the next few days to finish ripening.
Found a beautiful Dragonfly caught up in a large cobweb this afternoon,too late to save it,but at least the spider won,t go hungry.
A little pile of twigs and small branches in a sheltered spot is also a good idea.
Why not try a mix of grasses,plenty of variety in texture and colour,also hardy and low maintenance,they would also soften the area a little.

Went to GC and claimed my free bulbs.also I have to confess spent extra as well,but only on a pot and that was reduded,so that does,nt count does it?
Bargains now,mean more money for plants and seeds next year
