Thanks pansyface, I already have red roses, fancy some pink or white if possible. I do have clotted cream jasmine which might look nice as well as climbing Mrs booth by fuschia?

They have flowered already, its just the leaves..just wondered if this was the natural cycle. There aren't any buds left. And stems and leaves don't look rotten.

the leaves on my oriental lilies in pots outside have turned yellow. Is this normal for autumn? Should I overwinter them in an unheated greenhouse or are they ok outside?

Orange and White fuschias

hello, I recently went to Wisley and saw two beautiful varieties of fuschia, which were orange and white. I couldn't find them in the plant shop there and wondered if anyone could name any variety of fuschia which have white and orange/ coral flowers?

I would be most grateful. Thankyou.

What kind of garden injuries have you had

I fell face first into a patch of stinging nettles whilst trying to pull the damn thing up! Note to self...don't clear nettles wearing shorts and vest t shirt! Thank goodness for my aloe Vera plant in the kitchen! My face swelled up like a balloon!

The beekeeper is here as we speak, I will chat to him and let you all know the outcome, thankyou all for your input. Incidentally, we had a BBQ here on sat and no one was stung, they didn't even come round this part of the garden despite there being pimms and jam cream tea! So hopefully it was just a passing phase.
