I would have thought so , however , if that is the case I would put a bit more down in the spring , if it is a very dry spring might want a drop of water

best of luck

Woo2 , green manure

I used it last year for the first time on my allotment ,Thompson & Morgan green manure mixture , again used it  this year on a couple vacant beds , it's a seed mixture that you can leave it to grow over winter to keep the weeds down , it can then be dug in

deffinately recommended it

Hello , grass still to be cut , terrible weather  , will get done some time also need to give the Hawthorn Hedge last trim of the year and still jobs to do at the Allotment , like being busy , never bored with gardening to do

Special treat tommrow going to a College restaurant ( they train catering staff ) so you have to make allowance but always have a great meal and reasonably priced and the forecast is more rain anyway

Yes , back to Christmas , I have just thought what I could have for Christmas

 A battery strimmer

It could help in cutting the grass around the edge of my allottment and the beck bank on side of garden

my good lady is going to make some mince pies this week because she is going to an early Christmas Do on Thursday
