New allotment OMG...

Just popped up A this afternoon , as going to Tenby tommrow for a week

Hoed up potatoes a bit more plus a some rough hoeing , it is what I call it on beds still to have the final dig some weeds getting big

got some more rhuhbard and spring onions  O/H doing a crumble and giving some to friends 

weather doesn't known what to do , brilliant sun shine now , 30 minutes ago rain spots

Lots of good advice , composting is definaetly the key

however , while you get on top of things perhaps taking stuff to the tip is a good idea , worried you might have to much compost

enjoy your gardening , there another site on hear called " done any gardening today " in which you joy in with , perhaps some more pictures as the garden develops

It has been a cold spring so far , with thd odd days of really nice , warm sunshine , hope the weather in May picks  up

Lots in the G/H will need planting out , couple of courgette plants in there affected by frost the other day , thermometer said 0.03

Gardengirl hope the one that's coming available suits , agree you have got to feel comfortable 

bought apple tree in pot from Morrisons today , in sale , for plot 

managed to get some pallets , going to make a vertical strawberry planter , to late for this year but should be ok for next 

Anyone done any gardening today?

Bought a potted apple tree from Morrisons today in sale , will plant in Allottment 

Verdun , did you known you are quoted in Mays Gardeners World Magazing in the furom section , use to subscribe but stoped when got Allottment and just buy the odd one

Forgot to say picked my first asparagus on Sunday from my new bed , can't pick to much until next year 

also picked first rhubarb , O/H did rhubarb fool and stewed the rest which just had with porridge oats and a swirl of natural yoghurt , should set me up for shopping

Hello , great afternoon playing in the Garden lots of little jobs done plus first cut of the side Hawthorn Edge 

need to cut lawns today or Wednesday as going away for a week 

just had breakfast of oats , with home grown ruhbard and natural yoghurt , surpizingly nice

Ginagibbs poly tunnel looks great  and so useful , thought about one but to much to do getting plots as I would want them , perhaps the future who knowns

seeds coming up nicely in g/h at home , going away Thursday for a week , then must start more planting
