Anyone done any gardening today?

Good evening , had some slabs layed for garden furniture and the chap relaided some that had moved , unfortunately it left a step by rotay line , so had to relay them , bound to trip up , all went well but worn out now

Picture does nothing for me 

no rain today hear in Lincoln , watered garden 

just having dinner , roast beef and yorkshires , all veg and horseradish from allottment

I agree with Fairygirl , take rope off , clear grass around , perhaps some back chipping and keep watering 

one the watering front you could get a 4 litre milk plasic bottle holes in bottom bury it with just the lid showing and keep topping that up for a year , hope that makes sense 

to early to give up

Dordogne Damsel , when I retired and o/h was still working I did the ironing , even when still at work usually did my shirts

If we are into food and drink mode , when I got home from a couple of hours at the allottment I had a Bottle of Beer called " Hazal nut Brownie " which had a chocolate taste made by Batemans a brewery in Wainfleet Lincolnshire , it was very different and very nice , would go nice with cheese scones , cheers everybody
