My Perfumed Bristol Garden in 2016.

Good afternoon everybody just got back from Organised walk , having cup of coffee before lunch and gardening 


Flumpy , hope cats ok and enjoy holiday 


Marion I burnt all my cuttings/weeds etc at the allotment yesterday , nice and dry but still smokey , not really practical these days in an Urban environment , hope you are keeping well

Pat , sorry don't known variety of sunflower  , veg , it is sprouts on the left and leeks on the right both doing well

Hello all , last year bought a battery Bosch strimmer which has a blade , works a treat but probably not for heavy use 


Question for you all , plastic or wooden plant labels , I use a marker pen but rain always seems to wash name off , any ideas would be gratefully received !

Good evening , had a long , productive day at allotment , needed a little rest after dinner , just watching yesterday's Proms 


O/H dug up last of beetroot , picked some French beans , courgette & cucumber


I dug up second earliers 


As no rain for days managed to burn all the rubbish 


Bought a metal boot scraper on Friday , so set a pot and concreted it in 


Onions & shallots drying nicely 


sunflow growing well , more like trees
