Me too, saw quite a few today, maybe peacocks or red admirals. Like the last pic Bob

There is no demand for them????

I get most of my pots for free at a local nursery, you can just take them away. Car boot sales are good places as well

Clematis

I've only taken clem cuttings once before. I think I dapped the end with hormone rooting powder and then planted it near the edge of the pot and forgot about it.

It did root but took a while maybe a few months? I've gradually potted it on and one of them has now been planted in the garden.

Good luck with yours, that sounds a nice one

EASTER DAY FLOWER COUNT

Beautiful pictures Gardengirl and Matty. Particularly the wall flowers.

I've got a straggly wallflower, primoses, grape hyacinths and a dodgy looking daff. It's a start. Oh and the start of a flower bud on a hardy geranium

3 for ID please

It will interesting to see the flowers, does it have leaves that are a bit waxy to touch?

Not long sown mine OL. Your patch is going to look very pretty, always good to grow lots of plants that you like and plant together
