Thats the plant that's growing outside my garden and behind the house in a damp shady spot. Reminds me of my childhood in a way, walking the dogs and seeing the berries in the hedgerows.
I would do the same, I'd keep an eye out for any fresh growth and slowly cut of the not so good leaves. Rescue plants can often do very well with a bit of tlc
I'd leave it be for a while, mine is only just really putting on any growth, most of it is still stick. I'd wait until it's actively growing and the flowers have gone.
I was a relatively late comer to driving. The last time I parallel parked was on my test I often let people out and thank those that do the same for me. My biggest bug bear is when people drive too close behind you.
I don't think they are hostas. Your description sounds similar to something that is growing just outside the garden. The leaves almost go into a point?
Can you take a pic?
Thanks for the reminder re the lillies, wasn't a problem previously with my indoor cat but now have 2 that go out.
I just pulled it apart, it divided really easily into 3 pieces and just popped them in the ground. Only one had a go at flowering last year but should get flowers off all three this.
I saw my first butterfly yesterday, but not for long
I find them hardy here, if it looks like it's got new growth coming through I would cut off the dead leaves to allow light to get in.
I got a small one last year and split it into three
Do you have any green growth? I'd be tempted to cut off the dying leaves
