Fork Handles

They are also known as Bat flowers , Bunny. If you have a look at some pictures of them , you'll see why.

I've been after them for ages but could only find full grown plants - £45 plus

Chris put me on to Anglian Bulbs - can't wait for them to arrive.

Look-you all the Welsh are very happy. Well done.

should I prune pieris

Bev - you can prune Pieris. I often give mine a trim in Spring to keep them in shape and to remove weak growth

Someone else on the forum has asked this question.

Sue, got my coleus seeds from Wilko - £1 and packet states about 100.

Has spring arrived for you yet?

Just the usual here in West Lancs. Primroses, snowdrops, croci and some early daffs but Spring is on hold - cold and wet.

Roll on March 21st.

Still raining here - water feature on hold until tomorrow.  But OH did fit the new shower

Hope tomorrow is a better day so I can get outside.

Glyn , what a pain - I'd appeal.

Looking forward to my Taccas , Chris. Well done on the potting up.

Stay dry and keep singing.

Thanks. Chicky  Going to give it another month or so. It's just that I noticed my Orange Dream has lots of buds on it . Maybe this one will take longer as it was sick.

Hope so, don't want to lose it.

An update on this post from last year. Still no buds or signs of life but the bark is still green. How much longer should I give it to recover or is it dying ?

Thanks, Jean.

Lynne - I've been trying without much success to dig a piece of root out of our new border for weeks now. The whole family has been on the job. Problem being it's grown under the post from the trellis, Have even tried stuff from OH's toolbox - monkey wrench, pliers , and grippers.

It's still there.  If anyone knows the answer, please help.
