I can actually see some of my garden now  Seems to be a thaw but it's still snowing now and then.

Everyone seems to have had a productive morning.

Mine consisted of housework

Dove and Caz - get well soon. My sore throat has gone now so don't know what that's all about  Got off quite lightly compared to some of you.

My coleus seeds are up - more space will be required soon .

Wondering how my cats would feel about a knitted coat ? Have a feeling I'ld be shredded if I even attempted to put a coat on them but your little doggy looks so cute Flo.

Morning everyone  Typed a post in earlier and windows decided to update and I lost the lot.

Not much to report here except more of the white stuff. We keep getting snow flurries so am hoping we don't get another dumping.

You are going to be busy Liz  Can you please send a little weather our way ?

Going to make a cuppa - woke up a bit grumpy so am laying off the coffee - feel a great urge to be outside doing something but I can't so I'm going to do housework.

Still haven't thawed out from GC and only looked in the indoor bit. According to weatherman . it's due to hit us again In West Lancs over Easter.

Totally fed up with it now.

Was thinking about putting washing out but it's snowing again.  It started just as we arrived at the GC . Enjoyed looking around but the wind is bitter here so didn't go outside but earmarked it for if and when the weather gets warmer. Didn't buy any plants but did buy some Morning Glory. Geoff mentioned Star of Yalta and I remember googling it. Was quite taken with the lovely deep purple colour so thought I'ld give them a try.

Just a question of finding room now, I'm struggling for space as well, Jo. Decided to take your advice and delay sowing them until weather a bit better. Apart from that, they grow like triffids once they're germinated.

Morning Dove, Gary and Derek , Still got a sore throat but nothing's developed so hoping it's just a strep. Does anyone use a handkerchief these days? I do but the amount of people around who cough and splutter without using anything is unbelievable. No wonder these things spread so easily.

Snow is slowly dissipating but have heard we are due for more at the weekend.

Did anyone see the prof. on the news last night who says we will all be getting extreme weather in the future? Depressed me that much I turned him off. !

I like to think it's just a weather pattern.

Off to another GC this morning. It's not too far away and has been recommended by friends of ours. I will try to be good.

Here's a good one. If you have a sickly plant you can help it recover with an asprin. I've used this method and it really does work.

Also, A dose of epsom salts for leaf colouration for pelargoniums - it's magnesium sulphate. One tablespoon in 1 litre of water.
