  leaves are too small for comfey which i have in my garden but I also have yours in photo above in my garden.. its Borage...bees love it..

that looks fabulous. pity you are`nt my neighbour then I could get you to build me one.. LOL... love the way it trickles down & seeing how you made it..I had a pond but hubby is not all that with only had small fountain in the middle.. pond is gone now as soo much maintenance...but did love the frogs..I miss them..

I used to feed my fish but thats gone now so I squish them.. but reading about bir table.. now thats something i did`nt think off to the table next time..

HI, how r u on this hot day..I`m stuck indoors yet again till evening.. get bad head otherwise.. I am in cambridge & seen a cple.. rare sitghtings this year..same with ladybirds..seen 2...

Should i see one will definately take pic for you...

you lucky thing..I have in last cple days actually seen two in my garden...hubby cut lupins right down due to green fly & sticky sap etc.. in bin now & gone ...

yes..definately lillies..the sticky things on it are the lilly beetle lavae..yuck..I attacked mine yesterday...pair of scissors with bowl underneath & cut leaves with offenders on ..then boiling water over them..yep..I dont want them..drained & put in bin.. any others then put gloves on ..inside that black mass is the grubs..

So if you see bright red beetle on them..put a hand underneath because as soon as u touch them the blighters drop off somewhere..catch it & squish it..good luck..

nutcutlet... yep we r pretty close...theres a total imbalance of nature right surprised gardners world have not come up with info as to WHY no ladybirds...

ah, my thoughts were right I sat watching them the ants were just running up/down..... so am afraid tonight got my gloves on & did alot of squishing...pulled one plant out that died through blk fly...tomorrow have to cut right back lupins as covered in green fly...leaves are sticky etc...where are the ladybirds...

Catnip... far too hot for me..i only come out at night lol...

in south east I am lucky as got no mildew.. am collecting seed now to sow in early spring...
