What do I put in my soil to add nutrients I do not have clay but the soil just seems tired it is grey and in my borders for flower plants not a lot of space in between but will fork in on hands and kness what do you recommend top soil a high standard one or compost or manure as you can tell and enthusiastic amateur gardner.

Dilemma - Corkscrew Hazel

Funningly enough I have made up my mind to get rid of Twisted Hazel I really don't like the dark green leaves and it is taking too much room up and stopping light from a lovely Acer I have so I am going to put on Facebook and hope someone comes forward they will have to dig it up as my old aching bones are just not strong enough anymore.

I think because of the fault of the X Hose is the reason Ideal World are now selling a second generation X Hose (as they are calling it) as been modified and made stronger if you listen to the video..............Has anyone bought one of these...........???????
