Pauline 7 so many congrats to you  it helps others like you to help people like me who need a bit of encouragement  by reading your success.

I have now got to concentrate on exercise as that has been my downfall also avoid sweet treats.

You are all so cruel!!!!! I have diabetes and am trying to get my weight under control taking part in a NHS Counterweight program have lost 6lbs in 2 weeks mainly reducing amounts and cutting out Cakes and puds and especially BICKIES.

Try the Green Gardener site they have compost wormer provide good healthy compost and liquid feed from your household waste looks really good although costs a little bit should work wonders methinks.

Thought something strange last week but thought just glitch in system.

Wonder if police caused problems when we mentioned D being in protection he being of Irish ?????????

I have just ordered some fittings and hose from Amazon they have a very large hozelock selection with pictures and comments also reviews, find it very good worth a look.


I have the misfortune to be in upstairs flat so have to use kitchen sink filling buckets.etc.
