Groans loudly.

Still cant see the split infinitive Flo, that's really annoying me, but 2 glasses of vino always a mistake.

It's sort of rain/snow here now, which if it freezes wont be fun out on our road. Daughter has suggested she, plus me (?), goes up to supermarket on foot tomorrow as she, not me, is less likely to fall over. OH has had a couple of falls/trips in last few months & does admit to being a bit wary these days. I can donate him some food to take back with him on Monday even if we dont go out on Sunday either, J.

Night Glyn.

Just been for a walk up to park with daughter. Still lots of slippy pavements/paths out there. Corking snowcat, plus whiskers in a garden up the road.

Bjay, breathe deeply, smile & it'll be fine on the night. How old is Mum btw, I've forgotten?

OH finally got the correct subtitles for last weeks' Lewis, but still has volume up. The first lot that were up werent for Lewis, no idea what from/for, but hysterical as they just didnt match at all.

No chance of listening to GQT, will wait for Sunday when OH baking a birthday cake for a colleague. Daughter & me have also put in a request for more foccatia too.

Last bit of sewing, byee. J.

The snow stopping/starting here. Quite bright out there, but looks windy. Squirrels snaffling the ground bird feeder's food.

Enjoyed the last bit of tennis too Geoff. Now to see if I can get up to watch the final- no chance of being dressed for it though! Think daughter & OH are laying bets!

Right last bit of sewing to do. BTW Geoff, continued with the sort out of saved gardening paper articles early on this morning. Getting there. J.

I know about the boiler being new, OH on the case!!

No snow here yet, but about 15+ miles south of Rossendale.

Our seeds arrived yesterday, except the runner beans & daughter's potato set up!

Back to some sewing. J.

Morning all.

Slept wonderfully until guess what? The boiler started with it's morse code whistle, then got more persistant, so I stomped into bathroom to sort it out, before coming down to make cuppas etc.

Got beaten to bathroom by others so am now up, plus 2cnd coffee of day, still not dressed, but need to go out to birds, compost bin & a wheely bin, which is kept around the front side of house- not ideal in dresssing gown.

Back later. J.
