Stop nagging!!

Somebody has just realised that she needs to go post her cards asap! She owes me anyway!   I asked her earlier to go fetch wheely bin back- she was already wearing outdoor trainers. Did she heck!!

Have been busy cooking, hoovering, adding stuff to the half bald tree- you still wont see the back bit, but it's the principle & once someone 'b' off to postbox I can finsh the hoovering!!

Back in a bit.....J.

Like I said Geoff- have forgotten how to work my camera, which needs charging up anyway. Plus get it onto here..... Shall smile sweetly at OH when he arrives back, so maybe.........

Well 22 mincepies are cooling on the racks! None split either! What I dont understand is the recipe says makes 3dozen...noway. The most I've ever managed from it is about 26! Depends on which fat combination & flour combination I use. This yrs was 50/50 butter/Trex & white SR/brown (wholemeal) plain. Always use the same spoon for the the water too.

Oh I wish pastry & me werent such a trial, bigsigh. The mincemeat was fine- had to sample a bit of course....

Tomato risotto cooking. Had to psyche myself up to actually cook something tonight but better than 'picking' at all sorts instead. J.

Me too Flo. Just asked daughter- OMG what a reaction!!

My early NY resolution, actually made a while back, is to spend the winter months relearning how to use my camera & then, hopefully, to post pics. Dont hold your breath though folks....... J.
