I live in the Midlands and leave my Dahlias in the ground planted deep and very deep mulch on top they survive.I clear the muclh back when the last frosts have  gone.

Help,I have 4 climbing roses going up the 4 corners of our pagola this is there 2nd year I have been tying in the main stems around the pillars so I get the laterals but this year I have side shoot growing from every where  these have no flower buds do I need to pune them or tie them into the main structure.

I would like to buy Alchemilla Speciosa but that seems impossible any ideas anyone, I can buy almost any other type that exsists.

Help just had some really expensive lillium bulbs arrive and do not know wether I dare put them in the garden in this weather.

Hello, I have a lovely Miscanthus sinesis Moonlight and I need to know when and how do I prune also a Zebra grass same problem this is the 1st year for both and they have been stunning do i cut them down to the ground or not ? all replies welcome.

Hi we use to have 3 acres and I found it quite daunting and expensive until I discovered plant auctions which we have in England.  Looking back in hindsight Design is the key I never really had one and I would certainly start from the drawing board if I ever did it again sorry this is not more informative
