You too Chicky :-D. It is exciting. Feels like it's a never ending task with the garden being left in such a horrendous condition though! I think the ground it made up of more rubble than soil :-(.
I have got LOTS of different plants. I have quite a few hostas, toad lilies, Asiatic lilies, regal lilies, lupins, budleias, dahlias, begonias, day lilies, lots of ornamental grasses (although, my favourite "Elijah Blue" doesn't seem to be doing well at all... can't see any new growth, it just looks dead. This was my favourite as my little boy's name is Elijah :-D). Indoors, I've got amaryllis, begonia rex, dracaena, pitcher plant, about 12 different cacti and a beautiful black calla lily to name a few. I've also got a little greenhouse with a few in there at the minute, including some fuchsias, chrysanthemum (seems to be coming back, left it in my unheated greenhouse over winter :-/), I have a collection of carnivorous plants as well, which I'm quite obsessed with!!
What's your favourites??? :)
