im not sure what colours they are as they were in a wild flowers bees and butterflies mix so i will just have to wait and see.  as long as the bees love them then im happy.  thanks for the good news i will look forward to them.  do you think i could dig some up to bring home,  they are on the allotment at the mo. thanks

Have you put your potatoes in yet?

put my earlies in two weeks ago and mains in 2 days ago.  they are in raised beds though so soil may be a bit warmer and more free draining.  if you do put them in just watch out for they shoots, if you see them cover over with soil to help protect from any early frost. we are in the north west and still getting a bit of frost.

dont worry about three frogs altogether.  this always happens in my pond.  we have had lots of frogs and lots of spawn.  my mother has a new pond so i took some over to her.  she is on the plot next to me at the allotment.  will this do any harm to the spawn.
