I'm usually a pheasant or daft way for peasant and psychic. Do hope I scrub up better than that scraggy bird bit thin on the legs

Mine are in sun, but I do think that is scorch and maybe they got wet when you watered and maybe some of the ericaceous feed got on the lower leaves Alan   I might be totally wrong.  As philippa says wait for more responses.

Thanks Dove  Can OH have some? He'd be thrilled as he's had his pasta fix this week and as you know not my thing. Saying that I'd love some of your ragu sauce, and being a pheasant I'd put it on my new spuds

Companion planting

Linda if it is blossom drop I would give the flowers a little misting of water in the mornings, don't wet the leaves, just a fine mist, and whenever you go in GH give the stems with flowers on a little tap to see if that helps pollination.

I've read that dryness at the roots can cause this but don't want to suggest more watering as I honesty don't know.
