Andy my OH is 63 this time and a far better driver than me ..but he has done a lot of miles and driven abroad. Took my Dad's car off him when he developed dementia his G.P knew his condition but renewed his licence application aged 74

Jo, do you have any Lavender in your garden? After looking at mine I start head singing Lavender blue dilly dilly lavender green when you are king I shall be Queen.  However I am  Don't ask about the Sweet song Little Willy, after I've looked at some of my chillies.

GWRS my chillies and peppers have flowers on I think the Chilli Focus food has helped, will update later in the season if you want to know

Gina aubergines need a long warm summer to produce. I've had meagre ones in the past so this year I have grown a variety called Ophelia that are designed for patio pots, smaller fruit but prolific  They were sown in a heated propagator on 4/3  in the house, have been potted on 3 times and now in a GH in final buckets about 8" high. Too chilly to put them outside as yet, but keeping my eye on them for white fly..they seem to attract it  I hope yours buck up soon and you get to make a Mousakka

Last night wasn't too bad in S.Yorks but it is blowing like a don't know what  just now  Even our roof is creaking.

Mine tend to get blackfly but the birds that drink from them sort them out
