Back from a funeral, father of a friend  Her younger brother who I last saw when he was a skinny child, now in his 50's said he 'wasn't good with words' so instead he stood up in church and without music sang I believe ..brilliant but not a dry eye to be seen

Pdoc I don't think holidays suit you  Get well soon your garden needs you x

Morning all

Another hard frost here.

Love the Hellebore Chicky.

I had a dilemma earlier, after toasting the bread and lifting out the butter and marmalade, I don't have marmalade, I realised that it was the mango chutney and OH has a blocked nose ..should I leave it and see what he does or get the marmalade out ? I just can't stop laughing

Hope everyone has a good day.

A Valentine meal with who ?

B3 there will only be me and my guest If I'd fancied an orgy I'd have asked Caligula and his horse wife

Who would you invite and what would be on your menu?

Tubs and containers

Hi Gwyn I think it will depend on what you decide to grow and how mature they are when you plant them  Also will you need to move them around?

A Valentine meal with who ?

Narrowed it down to two candidates, Alan Alda got the push as he might not really be as funny as Hawkeye Pierce So did Richard Burton I thought he might get too drunk.

For me either Anthony Hopkins or Patrick Stewart I can imagine either of them reading the menu to me with such lovely voices  ..I won't be taking my reading glasses

Decision day tomorrow..heck I forgot David Tennant

Whoever I take will select the wine..see how I nicely avoided that one
