Hi Dove, hope the rain doesn't do any damage. We really need some rain, but looks like Pdoc has taken it to G with him.

Clari & Dove, I just wish the person who put spare pots in my bin would wash them first  I have shelves in the shed for all my nice clean pots ready for use and some how they look a bit empty.  Under gardener must be slacking

I need hugs too....

4 month ban  after World cup and a holiday and sorting out a tranfer deal he'll be up and biting..soz..playing. Bet I'd get a bigger ban if my library book was late.

Only teasing you David  Hope Liverpool sell him and make some money

OL happy anniversary not sure if today or tomoz'.

Had to do emergency dash to Argos because Mum's bedside radio/alarm had broken, and she couldn't live without it

Pigs been out and now back in.

I've spent rest of my time hoeing and breaking up soil, and then watering so if we get some rain it doesn't just run off. Like Fidget I have cracks opening in beds.

Verdun I will have peas by the weekend, sampled a couple of pods not quite up to size.

Off now to taught DavidK on his hugs thread

Hi Chicky I find looking at it and saying I'm sure I like you makes it grow. I think it must be a very ordinary tough as old boots one, it was a self set from John's, I have read that germinating from seed isn't easy so this must be a tough one. It is in an area that has clay, gets wet in winter and dries out badly in summer and I only dug a hole and put MPC and slow release in with it, never fed it. Pre Forum days
