Hi all i know there is an issue with alot of different brands of multi purpose compost this year please name and shame the brands and companies below then print the pages and highlight the brands of the brand you purchased of the so called manufacturer on the bag etc like b and q verve brand...... j arthur bowers etc Then take the print out sheets to the store where you bought the products from .....You have got all the proof you need ....The customer is always right

ive got 2 bags of miracle grow compost coming later let you know what that is like when i get it just hope its not the same crap in different packaging

I also bought arthur bowers compost i had 6 bags delivered thinking it would be good stuff and to my horror i found in the first bag i opened white plastic coating what looks like it has been stripped off copper wire...The compost itself looks no good for planting seeds in its rough thick crap with loads of shredded up twigs ....So at the moment it looks like even some of the well known brands are getting rubbish

Hello i planted onion sets in a raised border last month but i think i have a problem the leaves are about 6 inches high and dark green but the bulbs have changed colour to dark brown and soft...Is this natural or is it soft rot the bulbs dont seem to be getting any bigger also please help
