Oh dear indeed joslow-so it is ok for people to go round shooting things?-what sort of example does that set?

Why do people need to needlessly kill things-I know rats are a nuisance but often you will just wound them and are they doing any harm?- they are not in the garden

All sounds a bit wild west  and haphazard to me

I wonder Christopher sometimes if you read what has already been said before wading in-bubblegum has already said there is no cold frame or greenhouse or that something cannot be constructed

I read the advice given above and that sounds good to me -the plants aren't being potted on just put in a bigger pot still in their pots with the protection of the house

I am sure you mean well but sometimes...................

Whilst I can see that you don't want children eating poisonous berries it is also on important that they realise that not everything can be eaten just because it is bright coloured-after all they won't always be confined to one garden.

Don't know why they died- will leave that to someone else-other than the fact that yellowing leaves often mean too much water-but why on earth did you fleece them them? -they are hardy-am confused

Oh Christopher- you are funny-I am going to grass over all of my garden now for year round green colour- I will never have to garden again-well just to cut the grass -thanks for the advice

I liked it-but then I also like the irony in the fact in a thread where Christopher asks does he post too much- he posts15 or so comments
