Your Camellia is absolutely gorgeous David!
Lavender,Heliotrope (not hardy) and herbs with lovely foliage - Lemon Verbena,Pineapple and Tangerine Sage,African Blue Basil, Oregano to name but a few .
Good morning everyone I am hoping we won't get too many showers today - lots of planting to do ! I will be sowing my Sunflowers and Morning Glories today!
I agree with Paul N and it does sound as if the plants may be too cold in the placcy greenhouse
I would say Heliotrope are a tender perennial - they can be overwintered somwhere frost free and cuttings usually root well
Amelanchier are lovely trees - they do flower and fruit but in our garden the birds have a feast !
I would hold off for another month if I was you - then if we get a late frost you could cover the windowboxes with some fleece
I can recommend this garden http://www.ngs.org.uk/gardens/gardenfinder/garden.aspx?id=18957
Sorry - I am being very cheeky !!!
