The first one looks a bit like Physocarpus -maybe Darts Gold

I have Akebia quinata and also the cream form - the flowers are a bit smaller but just as exquisite

Nutcutlet - because of where it is planted our Akebia quinata gets chopped back quite ruthlessly after it has flowered.
