that is a sort of tea trolly a friend was going to throw out because it was going rusty, it is on big casters so can be moved about. do you have a charity shop near you, might find something, good luck

 i grew some in my greenhouse last year and over wintered them in there just stopped them drying out and have had a fairly good crop

That works ok. 

That is a small part of my garden fairy i will do some pictures and give you all a guided tour but not today its too hot and unfortunatly the wind has started blowing from the east so i might lose a lot of my flowers they just get desiccated when that happens,

 this is my philadelphus, it was in the garden when we moved in over thirty years ago it has been pruned carfully some years, hacked back other years and one year cut to the ground with the chain saw.As you can see it is very exposed to the north and east winds but comes back time and again, i have taken dozens of cuttings over the years and given them away and have one in my garden but none flower as well as the original
