Hi Mikey the offer was from Gardeners World really good deal isn't it even if it's not quite what I wanted over the years I have had a few plants and shrubs that don't turn out to be what I thought but they are usually just as good and sometimes better .

Today I received my 48 free perennials offer I was so pleased and couldn't wait to unpack them and plant on in my greenhouse . I was however a little disappointed to find that the the Scabiosa 'Beaujoiais Bonnets had been substituted for aquilegia but Hey shouldn't complain they were after all free after all only postage paid and I am sure they will all be wonderful if I can find space for them all .

Hello I find it all depends on where you live in the country there is as much as a two week difference between North and south.

I live mid country mine are growing well I don't have snail or slug problem since I made some suitable hedgehog nesting sites I daren't look to see if they are being used but I have seen one a couple of times in my boarders
