Thank you Eva!
I'm so glad to have so many people to help me get started, before this I had no idea what a propagator even was
Now that I'm armed with information, thanks to everyone on this forum, I'm confident that I won't kill my seedlings this time around....I even have a few on my window sill which have germinated in the last couple if days!yay!

Thanks Stacey, do I just pop them in the freezer bags and leave them on the sill? Or do I need to add anything?
Busy Bee, I put then on my east facing sill this morning, thanks for the vote of confidence
Lyn, I put mine in pots too, but newbie that I am, I'll have a go at the freezer bag method as well and what happens

I'm glad I came across this thread, I am a new gardener and was wondering if a propagator is a must-have

Ok, so I'll have to secure them well then....Thanks for all the input, there's so much to learn!
Btw, I have sown more seeds indoors today, in little pots and placed then on the window sill....that's where they'll stay till it's warm and they have a few leaves....I hope I won't make anymore mistakes this time, I really want to grow something!

Thank you MH, I'll be sure to buy the 'hardy'seeds from now on,I didn't even know about this!

Thanks Lyn
I live in Essex, we had a scorching summer last year. So for now, it's the window sill, right? I'm glad I don't need a propagator, I spent a lot of money on pots, seeds and heading supplies!
I'm so looking forward to my own veggies this year....do I need a greenhouse then?

Awww....so should I start again with seeds in little yogurt pots on my window sill? Or should I wait until next month? The problem is, my Windows face east and west-no south facers. I don't have a propagator, should I get one?
Thanks for your helpful comments, dovefromabove and nutcutlet, otherwise I would have kept watering them and thinking why they don't grow!
