I don't ask for stuff at the tip. It just jumps into my car by itself! Dump trolls don't let you take anything so I have to be surreptitious about it.

Done the bathroom including laying the new vinyl flooring - slightly skewed but I don't care! Now for tea and biscuits, think I deserve them!

Been reading about the storm in USA. And we grind to a halt with a few inches of snow. They're getting 3ft in some places and lots of people without power. Grim.

Watching a film this evening, although not sure what!

The other girl from the Waltons was Erin, and the boys were Ben and Jason. Belle and Sebastian was the one with the little boy living in the Pyrennees with his mountain dog, Belle. And then there was White Horses....showing my age!

I've put the washing on, hung another load out to dry, stripped the bed and am about to clean the bathroom. Weekends - who says they're for resting??

Don't have the aged parent problem yet, although its fast approaching - and am glad the aged grandparent isn't my responsibility.

I'm an ox, apparently. Just wondering if I'm stubborn!

Went off up to collect youngest son from work and when I got there I discovered he was at home in his bedroom all the time and hadn't been working! Doh!

Anyway at least we both laughed about it.

Glad the mouse is alive - did it need artificial respiration or a new battery?

Morning all forkers. Where's the troll? I never seem to notice these things!

I was at my desk by 8.30 this morning, so I shall attempt to leave early, but I have noticed that on Fridays there's always something 'urgent' that has to be finished before the weekend and I'm usually given the information late in the day. Frustrating!

I'm 5' 5" on a good day.

We took the Cubs bowling last night - they really enjoyed it, and I even had a game against one of the other leaders (I lost).

Sunny and cold, more ice scraping this morning. I'm planning a quick shopping trip at lunchtime. Haven't checked out the weekend weather yet, will do that in a minute.

Pam, I take it there wasn't a good selection of potatoes at the GC? Might call in over the weekend for a quick look!
