Nr Lincoln.

Beautiful sunshine, cool breeze. OH hoping to get a row of potatoes in. He has covered the soil with old perspex roofing sheets, so it has warmed up. Fingers crossed.

We have got the windows open too. Lovely.

Hi Jean.

I didn't get any instructions with mine so I planted them straight away in ordinary potting compost on 16th March, so probably did everything wrong. I have kept them in the small snug which is the warmest place in the house, but no sign of life. Tracey did tell me they can be ages before they shoot. I think we will have a long wait. Treating them as a learning experience

Dove, being retired is great, do as you like, when you like, can't beat it.

Now for tea, spag bol and a glass of something.

Catch everyone later.

Hi Folks.

Late checking in today, been a busy day what with one thing or another.

Been without a car as it had to go into the garage to have a new cam belt. It's the other side to town so had to use 2 buses to pick it up. All done now. Oh starts to whittle if things are getting near the time to be done, so at least it's done with now, ready for our holiday to France.

I went into the garden just to water a few pots, and then spent an hour re potting some lilies, still 8 pots to go. Didn't intend to start them until tomorrow, but you know how it is, you just get carried away. It was lovely to feel the warm sun, didn't need a fleece.

GG. have just looked up the order. It was for begonias and 200 summer bulbs, to be dispatched by 31st March, so should be here any day, hopefully..

That was short and sweet Dave

Have a good day.

Sounds idyllic Lizzie. Hope if my daughter decides to get married again, she's had one go but got a rotter, she would go for something like that. She and her partner are busy getting their home together and show no interest in marriage, perhaps a case of once bitten.

looks great Flo. I expect you are busy planning to set it up and with so many lovely plants to choose from it will  no doubt be a great pleasure. Could just do with some warmer weather.

LeadFarmer, great looking garden! congratulations.

We are always looking for ways to improve ours.

Thanks for sharing everyone.
