The flowers look quite waxy, I would love to see more pictures, is this growing outside ? going to check out your search .

azalea's - When does everyone feed

I usualy give a handfull of granuals for azalea's at the begining of the year though I have heard of some gardeners feeding after they have flowered.

Slug, snails, hostas, cannas. Organic methods?

They may have used up all the food in the compost if in a pot , If this is the case then repot in a next size pot with fresh compost .

Now they have started to flower with a hand held sprayer give each flower a quick burst. this will help towards setting the fruit . Once fruit starts to appear,feed with tomato food once a week and

I know who can give you a load of some broken paving slabs for hard core for the fetching if you are in Doncaster area . Person in question was going to do a crazy paving path but never got on with it.

just seen the seed swap idea, would it help if we put out notes on what we are all looking for -?

Maybe someone has already done this . I have have only looked over first couple of pages, though I see there are loads.! Its a brilliant idea!

what area are you in? Whilst sorting through some gardening tools which I nolonger used /duplicates of others I was thinking what a pity I couldnt hand them on .Then I saw your topic . But even if I am not near you maybe it may be worth asking round your area .

It does look like a verbascum, hope yours is a " Banana Custard ".

This one has bigger flowers and deep yellow too .

I set seeds this year for verbascum thaus. This one has small white flowers with a purple stamens . When their is a big group together it always reminds me of a "mist " looking forward to seeing the flower !
