Clematis x triternata 'Rubromarginata' Clematis

Posted: 29 May 2012
Overall: This has a lovely Almond scent and is a very strong grower. We have had this Clematis near to the rear entrance to the garage and it just throws out scent for a distance around and further.

Pyracantha 'Mohave' Firethorn

Posted: 20 January 2012
Overall: The garden birds have a great time in this shrub, it allows a certain amount of safety and gives security as a hedge together with a display of tremendous berries.

Caltha palustris var. alba Marsh marigold

Posted: 02 December 2011
Overall: I have had Marsh Marigold in our pond for many years and they reproduce readily. The pond is a wildlife pond not ornamental and I tend to allow a lot of the plant life to respond naturally but keep a close eye on unwanted visitors such as Duckweed and Blanket weed. It has become a well established pond and the wildlife love to visit.
