YOUR view of music over the years.

My music buying stopped in the 80's. I use to be a punk rocker in the 70's, minus the safety pins. Then college and the 80's music. There was a few tunes in the 90's I liked.

Nowadays I like Classical Music, it's great when I'm reading. I cant listen to someone singing if I'm reading. When in the garden it has to be either the Blues or Dire Straits, which I'm often in if I lose my tools

We get free fruit at work and I have noticed the bananas have a funny smell. I have never noticed it before. I know some people can smell, I thought they were joking

Remember to wash your bird feeders

Hi

Just a reminder to wash your bird feeders before putting them out. They can harbour bacteria, that can be lethal. According to the BTO the finch population has declined by 95% since 1995. One contribution to this is a disease called, 'trichomonosis' which is a microscopic parasite. It's more active in the autumn, and is a slow death for the bird, they struggle to swallow food and drink.

If you wish to know more, please contact the British Trust for Ornithology.

My favorite author is Scott Marini and his Ben Hope series, nine in total. Its like Jason Bourne meets Indiana Jones
