If you only have 4 goldfish you don't need a filter, the pond should find a natural balance.
Please be careful with anything from Chinese sellers on ebay, many items are cheap copies of genuine items, also who do you turn to if the item fails later on?
They sell it on QVC under the Richard Jackson name, some of the reviews suggest it's not very effective.
It depends on the size of the pond & the size of the fish really, are they goldfish?

Melanie, the plant in your picture is Dierama, also known as Angels fishing rod.
I don't know which variety though.
They seem widely available, my local independant garden centre had them in the spring.
Also seen them sold as Skyscraper lilies.
The company you saw at the show was probably T&M.
