Thanks for the replies, I shall o/w them in the greenhouse, and get them out next year when I can. Cottage Garden Fairy - it was just one pack of the lucky dip perennials, the free one where you pay £4.95 P&P. Although it was supposed to be 72 plants, and they could only supply me with 48, so they also included a £5 gift voucher!!! But it included 5x different species of perennials.

Hey all, just a quick question regarding some wallflower and primrose plugs I've just received. For best value I always like to get the little 1cm plugs of plants from T&M website, and grow them on, and have always been pleased with the results. In a 'lucky dip' selection, i've just got some wallflower and primrose plugs, amongst other summer flowering perennials. Normally I pot the plugs up, and overwinter in an unheated greenhouse until following year when frosts have passed and the plants have established before planting out. With these being spring flowering, how would they be best overwintered? Options are the unheated greenhouse; coldframe, or just plain old outdoor shelving!! Cheers all, Matt
