This is garland up the stairs, photo is rubbish!!

 This is the tree in our Big room. It has roots - the first time we have tried to keep a tree - so it is samller than usual

 This is ancient parent tree which is in garden/dinig/kitchen room. View of hills just not there today

 I do not know where her decorations have gone so it is mostly tinsel  but it is still a reminder of her

No secret, just planted it in usual mix compost, soil and horse pooh and left it to it. No flowers on it all summer so I thought maybe the damp didn't suit it. it's not sheltered so......

Beautiful tree PamLL and I love your outside decorations.

As for your packaging Gary - inspirational 

I hope my tree will survive in its pot to be brought in each year, never tried it before.

Choco - angel 

Started the cleaning - mostly bathroom and cloakroom - the rest has been done gradually and OH had been walking Around with a fluffy duster so that's probably been done He's vacuuming the stairs now ( Body won't let me!)

I started this thread as I have just taken a photo of a little rose growing in a chimney liner. It has struggled all summer and now is flowering its socks off

Hi I would love to join the seed swap. i have surplus seeds but it will now be after Christmas before I sort them out. I often give them to neighbours but they have loads now.
