favourite plant

Can't believe you can't grow roses. You just have to choose the right varieties for where you live.

Favourite flower this year has been lily 'Black Knight' unfortunately the lily beetles thought that as well so may not have any next year. Next year it will change I'm sure.

Favourite veg -not very experienced here - I guess lovely yellow courgette 'Floridor'

I grew White Lady, in past and is supposed to be good in dry summers which it was. I found the crop this year not so good, but will grow it next year as the seeds last more than 2 years, and it may have been planting medium this year.

Lovely biscuits. we used to do that, with the kids, then we made home made play dough shapes with them, painted and glittered looked great on tree.

Then made biscuits again,, I used to have such fun (sigh)

Hi again

OH fell over vacuum, moved it fellover it again maybe I shouldn.t have kept it ready

Big room is christamas apart from tree, hall is christmas + as had extra lights

Dining area is lit but not finished. We have had enough too many heated discussions

This is the first time we have christmased this house, first year we were so cramped no room for a table never mind a tree so hung baubles in window, last year we moved into big room 2 days before Christmas so just had a tree, no time to decorate any where else, so this year trying to fit decorations from old house into new!!!!! Tricky especially as I can't remember what we have

Wildlife friendly suggestions for bare fences....

I have a bare fence and am thinking of putting a pyracantha up it and training it to go along in tendrils. very bird friendly I think. Is it right that pyracantha doesn't need support?
