It's also good,  Jo that gardening is a good escape from everything else, I unwind doing it. It takes my mind off other stuff. Not everyone feels the same about gardening.or about its benefits

I have one of those cultivators. _4 spikes and a centre point. You put it in and turn it round and weeds are dislodged. without gigging. I have a bad back, foot, shoulder so means I can still garden and easy to move weeds

Dean it is always sad, like Figrat doing memorial gardening for his old friends, still it is good that us gardening folk can help in positive and practical ways like that.

Love cooking programmes, went off them, but Great british Bake off and Masterchef the pro's I love. I am in my early young 60's to. always loved gardening but only become 'fixated' by it since moved here. Used to cook a lot as well, since I don't work have more time for that as well, at moment OH does most of it though

I simply don't believe it

I had amagnolia that often had a small flush of flowers in autumn.

Couple of bees whizzed past my head today and yes I to have greenfly on some rosebuds!!!!

Have a  David Austin rose 'Molineux' wich is still producing lovely flowers.

That's me done for the day. Head still banging but maybe it will come to nothing.

Now have 4 pots of the grass  2 smaller clumps and gave them all a hair cut.  Might put a couple in pots either side of front door. Still have a way to go on bed though, one corner looks really messy still, but it is weeded etc. Birds are fed - need more food though

That dog has a look that Oscar dog has when he is feeling bouncy.

Forgot to say couple of bees whizzed past my head
