What's for tea?

Posted: 11/11/2012 at 11:51

I alsways feel so hungry when I read these poats. I love the sound of the vegetable pasta bake thingy.

Just been out and dug up 2 leeks and pulled a red cabbage. That sounds great but it is in fact the only red cabbage I have managed to grow so we will celebrate it tonight. With a gammon joint - not sure whether to bake or boil in cider at moment, Probably cider. More fruit compost for afters. left over from last night, wondering if I can treat myself to a scoop of ice cream with it

What's the weather like in your area?

SCD -OH and me much preferred Tess and Claudia way of presenting. I guess Tess will get the hang of contrilling judges.

I was wondering about Jess as well

Love Bodnant - haven't been for a long time though.

Inkie cat is much better though not eating much. Still yesterday she hardly had anything and she is now out, sitting in the sun, watching the birds!

Filling a raised bed

As I have a clay based soil I added a bag of compost to each of my raised beds along with that mentioned above, as I needed some fibre as well

Tinker Fluffy-Paws

Dean it's just fruit stewed. Nigel Slater did it on TV Friday night and called it compost - for the well!!!

I used the 3 names I have been known as the above was my favourite - strange it's not my current name.

The others were Tinker Flopsy-Feet and Tinker Crazy Legs
