Dont think men ever really grow up and then i certainly havent so we make a good pair. We will ahve been married 25 years next March so boo to all those who said it wouldnt last. Having quiet day today as going for checkup on the nose later, i say quiet done 2 loads washing hoovered upstairs and cleaned the bathroom. My husband can make a bar of chocolater last for weeks, he just eats 1 piece at a time. When i eat it im lucky if it lasts minutes. Best not to buy it at all really.

My husband hads diabetis and treats it through his diet. Its a bit like wearing a hair shirt at times. When hes been out with the lads and a had a sherbert or 5 hes comes home and raids the fridge and cupboard and blames wveryone for eating it all.

Mine started in the early 90's after i had had flu. My husband was working in Scotland and i had a small baby to look after. Got over the flu and then was knocked sideways by something mysterious. In the meantime ive had 2 major ops on my back a hysterectomy and a major repair to my shoulder from where i got knocked off my bike. Got some brilliant scars. Fibro has flareups can be caused by stress, change in diet change in the weather or just because it feels like it. Tried going to a support group but just got depressed. One of my best friends also has it so  i have a kindred soul who knows just what its like without me having to explain. I keep on plodding taking the good with the bad and try not to overdo things when i have a good day. Keep smiling everyone it makes people wonder what you've been up to. Take care.

Leave them be, some one told me to use ericaceous ( dont think ive spelt that right)compost. I no longer grow them as i have 3 cats and it can cause awful problems if they get it on their fur and lick it off.

dear Hollie hock, give your cat time to settle, who knows what has happened to her in the past. I took on a cat that appeared in the garden he spent the first month under the kitchen cupboard, had food dirt tray extra all under the cupboard. He never became a lap cat but was very loving in his own way. Im a great believer in letting them find their way. At present i have a British blue Grendle who is as thick as 2 short planks but so beautiful he gets away with it, aginger tom  Lennie who is so paranoid he can hardly look at you and a tortoiseshell Elvera who is the biggest tart going. Having to do blood pressure am and pm go back on friday. It seems ok at home. Have had a lot of stress this year and thats what im putting it down too.
